Best Muscle Building Foods

When building muscle, you have to take in consideration two things:

1. How you feed the muscle

2. How you stimulate the muscle


The 2 most important (and essential) nutrients for the body, are protein and fats.

Protein can be found in animal products, which also contain good fats.

However, if fat intake needs to be supplemented, you can resort to products like avocados, nuts & olive oil.


Last but not least, your nutrition should also provide plenty of carbohydrates, as they are the best energy source for resistance training.


Your resistance training sessions should focus on the 5-15 rep range with challenging weights.


Ultimately, your goal would be to gradually increase weight, reps and sets performed, and eat well afterward!
